Vowles emphasized that Sainz Sr’s extensive experience and hands-off approach to his son’s career reduce the likelihood of any complications arising if he were to win the election. Additionally, Vowles noted Sainz Sr’s diverse motorsport background and previous leadership roles, indicating his suitability for the presidency. Sainz Sr is expected to evaluate his candidacy in the coming weeks before officially entering the race, with support from various sectors of the motorsport community being a crucial factor in his decision-making process.
